  Initially Dr. O'Neil took very good of our pet. However, as time went on she began to be overly preoccupied with controlling where the prescribed medications were purchased, which suggested that her interest in her bottom-line was more important than providing affordable quality petcare. When I explained that her prices for her medications were not competitive she became very defensive and resisted providing a written prescription so I could obtain the prescribed medications elsewhere. The office also blocked my on-line purchase of the medications she prescribed. This attitude and lack of service combined with the rudeness of the front office staff lead me to take our pet to another local vet.
