  I had the pleasure of working with J.D., John, and Shawn, on the purchase on my new (to me) Infiniti G37. Our Sales Consultant J.D., was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable through the whole process. The Sales Manager John, put the numbers together for us and was extremely transparent and upfront about everything. The Finance Manger Shawn was very good at explaining the paperwork and everything we were signing signing for. They were extremely patient with my wife and I., as this was a big decision for us. They genuinely wanted us to pick the right car for us. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you are looking for an Infiniti. Stoked to be apart of the family at Oxnard Infiniti.

  Exceptional customer service from John over at Parts/Service.. Very friendly and honest guy he is always willing to go the extra mile for his customers satisfaction Def. a 10 on scale 1-10..
  The new redesigned building is very nice, sophisticated, elegant, spacious, and not to mentioned their now called "Gallery Room" with all new top of the line Infiniti Models.
