  Absolutely horrible service. I've been a loyal customer for years, and this place recently has gone way down in customer service. I paid nearly $200 for the "rapid refund" which Juanita's promises will get you your tax refund in 10 business days. Took 23 days. I was told many times to call to check to see and half the time their phone is off or goes straight to voicemail.
  
  When I finally got my check I was given no apology, nothing.
  
  I was never told I could do a direct deposit, never given courtesy calls to explain why my check was taking more than 10 business days, I will never come here again which is sad because I sincerely want to support a small family business- but simply put, Juanita's Income Tax does not deserve a dime of your money and will never get another dime of mine. Rude too.
  
  STAY AWAY. Going to H&R Block from now on.

  One last thing to Juanita's Income Tax, they kept saying it was the IRS' fault that my check took 23 days- so next time DON'T PROMISE YOUR CUSTOMERS A 10 DAY TURN AROUND IF YOU CAN'T HONOR IT AND DON'T CHARGE THEM FOR A "RAPID REFUND" IF YOU CAN'T DO IT.
