  My experience with agent Ken Goodwin at Pacific Preferred Insurance has been exemplary. It is rare in this day and age to find a business where the customer service is so personal you immediately feel like you are in great hands. Ken is attentive, informative, kind, warm and patient. I'm sure I talked his ears off over the last two years with questions. Whether by phone or by email his responses were always prompt and helpful. Besides that, he is just an all around good guy.
