Their sign says they open at ten, My husband and I arrived at that time and we had to wait about 40 minutes out side because no one was there. Once they finally opened my husband told them about how we were waiting for a long time and the lady just stayed quite . She was rude and she still charged him to get his copies. She was the younger lady with blonde hair. Horrible service!
