  I meticulously shop around, compare prices and read reviews before taking the plunge with kitchen and washroom appliances considering the price for these appliances and all I can say is that Pacific Sales & Kitchen in Best Buy Oxnard is now my go to place for everything and have recommended and will continue to recommend to friends, families and everybody else. This is now my 2nd trip which got me a double wall oven, cook top and microwave to complete my kitchen. It's true what they say, Ryan - the sales manager is the most knowledgeable appliance person I have ever met. Very patient and kind and will try to work with you to get you the best deal with the best appliances out there. From specs to installation info as well as advise for possible installation trouble to save you money. I got the french door fridge and the dishwasher last Nov. and the overall experience was so smooth and impressive with Ryan and Eric that I told them I'd come back to complete the other appliances I needed for my kitchen and so I did. So today was another good day. Ryan was awesome and really helpful and explained everything so I was really really happy with my purchase. I can't say enough good things with the guys at this place. This is what customer service is all about.
