  We got there and had to wait 30 minutes to be seated (2 people). The service was horrible. There were only 2 waitresses attending half of the restaurant. The waitress took 20 minutes to get our drinks then 25 minutes to get our food. I asked if I could get my side salad as an appetizer, and she responded that it would mess up all the ticket orders...Really? We received our food, and my order was wrong. I asked for a burger with grilled onions and cheese, but it had neither. I let the waitress know. When she returned with the onions she said that she wouldn't charge me extra even though they "normally" charged to grill the onions...Again, really? Lastly, the waitress tried to apologize to my husband for the slow and terrible service and claimed that it was management's fault. Overall experience with the service was unsatisfactory. I won't be returning to this particular restaurant.

  The latest version of this long-enduring chain!
  
  We're old enough to remember when this chain was first getting started and it's wonderful to see that they are still relevant today. This location is a bit smaller than it could be, but that's probably just more efficient.
  
  It's setup in three main sections, two dining areas, divided by the bar (which also has tables for dining). They still have lots of kitchy stuff on the walls and TV's blaring sports, but they continue to update their menu with new options (thankfully, they still have the Banzai Burger!!!
  
  Free balloons for the kids and honestly, a LOT of kid friendly features. Next time you're at The Collection, why not stop by?
