  I was coming to pick up a suit, (Friday April 20, 2018) and the man asked me for my last name, and then he said: you are not in the system. And I say: I came last Monday to dropped my suit, I’m a client since so many years (he knows ).
  So he said: I need the to see the paper, for help you
  And I said: it’s in my house
  So, when I was going to my pick up the paper to my house I was thinking:
  “Why the manager didn’t helped me?? If I don’t find the paper and show it him, am I going to lose my suit, that cost me 200$,??
  And Then, I need it for the weekend,,,
  Why the manager (man) didn’t helped me, to see one by one from all the suits that they are ready, to see if it’s there,”
  so I was thinking like that, and not feeling happy.
  So I found the paper, and when I showed it to him, and he noticed the last name was writing incorrectly, (so he found my suit) but I say if I don’t show it, am I will lose my suit?
  And He didn’t see anything from him, He didn’t apologize to me,,,,
  I felt really bad and really disappointed , I’m stopping coming to this place, sorry but no more for me.
