  Facilities are good, have had a few changes in equipment. Majority of employees are friendly. Love to go workout there because is near home. However, Management was embarrassing...just took a friend for a free day trial and the manager wanted to charge my friend!!! Are you serious, LOL... these people know nothing about customer service!!! ... Management should take care of ensuring cleanliness of class floor, etc. Be polite and ensure customers and potential customers are well taken care of, not make them run away...needs improvement
